| ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP INVESTMENT
Base Investment – $180.00 The base dues provides a guideline for the members to determine your equitable investments in the Chamber based upon your stake in the growth and improvement of the community. I. GENERAL MEMBERSHIP $180.00 base plus $3.00 per employee (2 part time = 1 full time) II. SPECIAL CATEGORIES A. Financial Institutions $25.00 per million in deposits B. Professionals $180.00 base plus $35.00 per each associate. (i.e. Doctors, Attorneys, Accountants, etc.) C. Insurance/Real Estate $180.00 base plus $15.00 per each licensed associate D. Associate Members – Individuals, Ministers, Ambassadors, Not for profit organizations and civic clubs. $90.00 (50% of base investment) ALSO consider joining one of the Chamber Clubs Presidents Club: add’l $150.00- you receive 2 Lebanon mugs and 2 Lebanon T-Shirts. Directors Club: add’l $100.00- you receive 2 Lebanon mugs and 1 Lebanon T-Shirt. Shareholders Club: add’l $50.00- you receive 2 Lebanon mugs. The Chamber Club participants are also listed in a special section of the Chambers’s bi-monthly newsletter: The Chamber Connection! Prorate basis: The month you join determines the prorated amount that is due when your membership is activated ($90.00 is the MINIMUM dues amount). Membership dues follow our fiscal year of October 1 to September 30.
